1. Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our Divi templates and resources, all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds after the product has been downloaded. Please ensure that the template you choose is appropriate for your needs before completing your purchase.

However, we will issue refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery of Product: If you have not received the download link or the file after purchase due to system errors or issues with our platform, please contact us within 7 days, and we will resolve the issue or process a refund.
  • Defective Product: If the template you purchased is defective or unusable due to a technical fault on our side, we will provide you with a replacement or issue a refund if a fix is not possible.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same template twice, contact us immediately, and we will refund the duplicate charge.

2. Custom Services

For custom design or development services:

  • Deposits: Deposits for custom services are non-refundable. This covers the initial time and resources we commit to starting your project.
  • Full Payments: If you are dissatisfied with the final deliverable, please notify us within 7 days of project completion. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Refunds for services will only be considered if no work has been initiated, or if the final deliverable is significantly different from the agreed-upon scope.

3. Requesting a Refund
