Licensing & Usage Policy

Effective Date: [01/09/2024]

At WPSiteMakers, we strive to offer high-quality Divi layouts and resources for WordPress users. This Licensing & Usage Policy outlines how you are permitted to use our templates and the licensing terms associated with them.

1. License Agreement

When you purchase a Divi template from WPSiteMakers, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template. This means:

  • Single Use License: You may use the template on one website for your personal or client project. For multiple websites, you will need to purchase an additional license for each site.
  • No Resale or Redistribution: You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or share our Divi templates in any form, including modifying the template and reselling it as your own.

2. Customization Rights

You are free to modify the templates you purchase from WPSiteMakers for your own use or your client’s project. This includes changes to:

  • Layout structure
  • Colors, fonts, and other styling
  • Images and content

However, any modified template must still adhere to the original licensing terms and cannot be resold or redistributed.

3. Image Licensing

Some images used in our templates come from third-party sources such as Canva, which provides free and paid resources. While most images in our templates are free to use, please note:

  • Canva Free Images: Images included from Canva’s free section can be used in your websites without additional licensing.
  • Custom Images: If a template contains paid or licensed images, you may need to replace them with your own licensed images to ensure full compliance with copyright laws.

For clarity on image usage within a specific template, feel free to reach out to us.

4. Updates and Support

Purchasing a Divi template from WPSiteMakers includes access to future updates for that template. If the Divi theme or WordPress undergoes updates that affect template functionality, we will provide template updates as needed.

Support is available for technical issues related to installation and basic template functionality. However, customizations and modifications are not covered under the standard support.

5. Copyright Protection

All templates, content, and materials provided by WPSiteMakers are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, duplicate, or replicate our templates or any portion of the content without our express written permission.
